We offer a selection of traditional and modern designed villas in Pinoso (Alicante).

We are pleased to offer this modern "off plan" 150m2 built villa with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 en-suite), living room with fireplace, fitted kitchen and south facing terrace. All plots available offer stunning countryside views and are all a min. 10000m2 (approx 3 acres) of which part of the plot (4.000 m2) is fenced. A private swimming pool (8x4meters) + 2meters of concrete pressed terrace around the pool is already included in the price. Clients can modify the design meaning no two houses are ever the same. Many clients change the internal distribution (often without any extra cost) and chose a variety of internal finishes and colours, however extras such as a bigger property, garage, brick bbq/outside kitchen, or guest annex can also be added (at additional cost).

We offer a wide range of designs of villas so you can choose the one that best suits your desires or needs. (150 m2 built size + 8x4m2 private pool + 10.000 m2 plot - price applies to construction in Pinoso) however smaller single level villas are also available at lower prices (please ask for more information/photos).

All properties are built to the clients requirements therefore you can make alterations and select different designs. Plots are within 10 mins of the town of Pinoso that offers all amenities and build time is just 8-10 months. Plots can also be chosen in other areas such as Hondón de las Nieves, La Romana, Aspe, Albatera, Catral, Crevillente, etc (please contact us for prices). With more than 15 years experience in this area, we offer a high standard quality. You can choose the plot and where on the plot to build your dream home in the sun and we will give you the best advice on the design - importantly everything is 100% legal with all projects, architect fees and licences included in the price. Very important: the plot is not included in the price (with the exception of Pinoso where the plot is included in the price).

The plot price which cannot be known until you have chosen a specific plot. Furthermore, the cost of the mains electric/water installation cannot be calculated until we know the plot you are wanting. Plus the cost of the building licence varies depending on the town hall area that the plot comes under. Alicante airport and beaches can be reached in 45 mins.

Living in Pinoso

Pinoso is a town in Alicante located in the Vinalopó Medio region. Its landscape is characterised by its limestone lands full of vineyards from which its star product is obtained: the dessert wines known as Fondillón. It also has numerous unique buildings such as the Clock Tower, the Town Hall and the Casa del Vino. One of the municipality's tourist attractions is its gastronomy, with a very traditional cuisine.
