David moved to Spain in 2002 and spent 8 years learning the property market in Southern Spain before starting Sweet Home Properties in 2010. Now he has nearly 25yrs experience working in the estate agency business in the Alicante region.

Chary is Spanish, from the historic city of Murcia. She joined David in the business in 2015 and is predominantly admin based. Chary assists clients and the business by dealing with the infamous Spanish "bureaucracy" when it comes to paperwork.
